The Community Safety and Security (Land Use and Prohibited Substances) Act is a new and innovative law that will permit TFN to take action to stop people from using Tsawwassen Land as a place for producing and distributing drugs.  Executive Council will be able to issue orders stopping people from carrying out drug activity on Tsawwassen Lands.  If the orders are not obeyed they may be enforced by Executive Council and the Judicial Council.  This could include stopping people from using the land or taking away land.
